The sequence viewer contains the query sequence, the templates, and the sequence of the
newly predicted structure in that order. To view only the model structure, select View Structure
from the Display menu and then select Predicted Only. (The other options are All and None.)
You can also run the Build Structure job from the command line. To do so, click Write to write
the input file. The file is written to the current working directory, and is named according to the
run and project. A dialog box informs you of the file name and the command to use, which is:
$SCHRODINGER/bldstruct input-file
