<strong>What</strong>ever my 6-year-old grandson who lives with us is doing<br />

(baseball, basketball, etc.).<br />

dependable and organized.<br />

play you in the lead role? Kathy Bates.<br />

5. If you could have one super power, what would it be? Have the energy at 50<br />

to keep up with a 6-year-old.<br />

6. <strong>What</strong> is one fun fact about you that few people know? That back in the old<br />

days when I was young and full <strong>of</strong> energy, I did competition western dance.<br />

7. If you could trade places with any other person for a week – famous or not,<br />

living or dead – with whom would it be? Amelia Earhart.<br />

8. If you were a raindrop, where is the one place that you’d want to land? In<br />

a flower garden that is in full bloom.<br />

9. <strong>What</strong> is the best advice you ever received? Treat others as I would like to be<br />

treated.<br />

10. <strong>What</strong> is your favorite memory from working at ACH? Anytime we are able<br />

to let parents know that we were able to help their child.<br />

New Arrivals<br />

Congratulations to CVICU nurse Kat Turbeville and her husband, Tommy,<br />

on the birth <strong>of</strong> their new daughter on Jan. 17. Natalie Katherine came <strong>into</strong> the world<br />

weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measuring in at 20 inches long!<br />

The stork recently visited Alicia Hutson <strong>of</strong> CVICU and her husband, Roy.<br />

They are the proud new parents <strong>of</strong> a baby boy, Jace Rory. He was born Feb. 4,<br />

weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces and measuring in at 19 3 /4 inches long. Congratulations!<br />

CIVCU nurse Shahara Stanfield and her husband Cedric Lee Stanfield, Sr.<br />

welcomed a baby boy on Feb. 14. Their little Valentine, named Treyton Armon Lee,<br />

weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and measured in at 19 inches in length.<br />

Kudos go out to the ACH Lactation team for recently being recognized by the International<br />

Board <strong>of</strong> Lactation Consultant Examiners and International Lactation Consultant<br />

Association for excellence in lactation care. Team members received the IBCLC Care<br />

Award in recognition <strong>of</strong> staffing International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and<br />

for providing a lactation program that is available throughout the week for breastfeeding<br />

families. In addition, the groups recognized ACH’s Lactation program for providing<br />

breastfeeding training for medical staff that care for new families and for recently completing<br />

activities that help protect, promote and support breastfeeding. Congratulations<br />

to this hard-working team!<br />
