On posters ask each participant to write down the characteristics <strong>of</strong> their ideal and worst<br />
judge for a hous<strong>in</strong>g possession case. Ask them to illustrate with examples (no names<br />
needed) <strong>of</strong> these characteristics <strong>in</strong> action.<br />
When everyone has completed an <strong>in</strong>dividual poster, try to obta<strong>in</strong> a consensus around<br />
the key characteristics.<br />
2. Influences on <strong>discretion</strong> 30 m<strong>in</strong>utes (split 20/10)<br />
