known Ethiopian exportable <strong>coffee</strong>s because of<br />

the presence of defects. Bean sizes are not<br />

uniform.<br />

This <strong>coffee</strong> is very inferior in quality and even<br />

cannot fit to under grade <strong>coffee</strong> because of the<br />

presence of impurities. Sometimes less<br />

impurity <strong>coffee</strong> can be classified in this group<br />

if the <strong>coffee</strong> is stored for a l<strong>on</strong>g period and<br />

loses its flavour.<br />
