the abbot and cony. of Haughmond (Hagmun')
following bp. Langton's visitation there on
Tuesday the eve of St Barnabas the Apostle [10
June] 1315.
[1] The written agreement of the diocesan is
required concerning the corrody and payment
granted to Roger de Crabs' for his lifetime.
[2] Each of the brothers until now have been
accustomed to be assigned a certain sum of money
for clothes and shoes.
[3] Henceforth no other payment or corrody should
be sold without the bp. 's express consent or that
of his successors.
[4] Henceforth a chamberlain should provide and
supply the clothes and shoes to each brother. 2
