plot <strong>of</strong> pasture with appurtenances in Tarvin<br />

(Terven) and Oscr<strong>of</strong>t (Owescr<strong>of</strong>t), from which lands<br />

and tenements <strong>the</strong> bp. was accus<strong>to</strong>med <strong>to</strong> receive<br />

18s. a year rent when Adam de Kelsale held <strong>the</strong><br />

bovate and a half, <strong>the</strong> messuage, cottage and plot<br />

<strong>of</strong> pasture for <strong>the</strong> term <strong>of</strong> one year from <strong>the</strong> bp.<br />

in exchange for a half <strong>of</strong> one water mill with<br />

appurtenances in Tarvin (Terven), just as<br />

Williams charter <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bp. in respect <strong>the</strong>re<strong>of</strong><br />

witnesses. To have and <strong>to</strong> hold <strong>the</strong> said bovate and<br />

a half <strong>of</strong> land, messuage, cottage and plot with<br />

its appurtenances wholly <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> said William and<br />

Alice, <strong>the</strong>ir heirs and assigns, just as <strong>the</strong> said<br />

Adam held those lands and tenements, from <strong>the</strong> bp.<br />

and his successors freely, quietly, lawfully,<br />

peacably, wholly and <strong>by</strong> inheritance forever, with<br />
