<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bp. and his successors 30s. <strong>of</strong> silver at<br />

<strong>the</strong> usual four terms in <strong>the</strong> bp. 's manor <strong>of</strong> Longdon<br />

(Longedon) for all secular service exacted and<br />

claimed. After <strong>the</strong> death <strong>of</strong> John <strong>the</strong> aforesaid 60<br />

acres with appurtenances wholly should pass <strong>to</strong><br />

William Mauclerk <strong>of</strong> Leicester (Leycestr') for <strong>the</strong><br />

term <strong>of</strong> his life <strong>by</strong> <strong>the</strong> aforesaid service freely,<br />

quietly, well and in peace. After <strong>the</strong> death <strong>of</strong><br />

William <strong>the</strong> aforesaid tenement with appurtenances<br />

wholly should pass <strong>to</strong> William son <strong>of</strong> William de<br />

Shul<strong>to</strong>n <strong>to</strong> have and <strong>to</strong> hold <strong>to</strong> him and his<br />

lawfully begotten heirs from <strong>the</strong> bp. and his<br />

successors <strong>by</strong> <strong>the</strong> aforesaid service freely,<br />

quietly, well and in peace. If <strong>the</strong> aforesaid<br />

William should die without an heir, <strong>the</strong> tenement<br />

with appurtenances wholly should pass <strong>to</strong> Henry,<br />
