bro<strong>the</strong>r <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said Hugh, and <strong>the</strong> lawfully<br />

begotten heirs <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same, rendering <strong>the</strong>reafter<br />

annually <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bp. and his successors 6d. <strong>of</strong><br />

silver at <strong>the</strong> usual terms in <strong>the</strong> <strong>to</strong>wn <strong>of</strong> Lichfield<br />

for all services exacted and claimed. The bp. and<br />

his successors will warrant forever <strong>the</strong> said part<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said tenement with its appurtenances<br />

<strong>to</strong>ge<strong>the</strong>r with <strong>the</strong> reversion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> said dower <strong>to</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> said Hugh and Agnes his wife and <strong>the</strong>ir lawful<br />

heirs, and also <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> said Robert, bro<strong>the</strong>r <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
