<strong>of</strong> Standish (Standissh), is bound <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bp. for<br />

20 marks <strong>to</strong> be paid at Michaelmas [29 September]<br />

1301, <strong>by</strong> a certain letter which W[illiam] de Es<strong>to</strong>n<br />

has.<br />

(Wibenbur') is bound <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bp. for £10, <strong>to</strong> be<br />

paid on <strong>the</strong> feasts <strong>of</strong> nativity <strong>of</strong> St John <strong>the</strong><br />

Baptist (24 June) and <strong>the</strong> assumption <strong>of</strong> Blessed<br />

Mary [15 August] 1301, <strong>by</strong> a similarly binding<br />

letter which W[illiam] de Es<strong>to</strong>n has.<br />

church <strong>to</strong> be acquired for <strong>the</strong> year 1302, peacably<br />

and without diminuition.<br />
