THE MARSHALLING YARD IS AN UNFENCED AREA. ITS LOCATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
All Trucks must check into Marshalling Yard before going to Convention Center.

From I­40 East or I­40 West take I­65 South to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).
Turn Left.
Go 1.4 Miles and the Yard will be on the Left.
From I­24 East or I­24 West take I­65 South to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).
Turn Left.
Go 1.4 Miles and the Yard will be on the Left.
From I­65 North take Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.)
Turn Right.
Go 1.4 Miles and the Yard will be on the Left.
From I­65 South take Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).
Turn Left.
Go 1.4 Miles and the Yard will be on the right.

FREIGHT TARGET MOVE­IN
SCHEDULE INFORMATION
The Target Move­In Schedule applies to Exhibit Freight sent directly to the Nashville Convention Center.
Freight sent to the Freeman Warehouse for Advance Receiving will be delivered to show site on or before
your scheduled target time.
Please do not ship materials to the Nashville Convention Center prior to NAMM move­in as the
Convention Center is not equipped to handle shipments.
The Freight Target Move­In Schedule is for inbound freight only and indicates the time the
carrier/truck is to check in at the Marshalling Yard to be placed in line for unloading. This
Schedule does not indicate when the carrier/truck will be unloaded. Installation Labor requested
for the same day as the target date should be scheduled at least 4 hours after the target time.
Trucks unloaded and or loaded after 4:30 pm and before 8:00 am Monday thru Friday may incur
overtime charges.
To request a change to your target Date and Time, please complete a Target Date and Time
Change request form, located in the Freight Tab of the Exhibitor Manual. Upon completion of the
form, please fax it to Freeman as noted in the directions located on the form. A written response
to your request will be provided for you. Please note: we will do our best to accommodate your
requests.
Exhibit Installation is not required on the day of your Scheduled Target Date.
Exhibit Material, delivered off Target, without an approved Target Date and Time Change
Request Form submitted, may incur an additional charge of $7.35 per CWT.
Product, clearly labeled, may be delivered independently of the exhibit after the scheduled
Target Date and Time without incurring Off Target Delivery charges. It is understood
Exhibit Installation must be completed prior to product display.
Piano Delivery
Piano Delivery by Keyboard Carriage and Music Transport are coordinated directly with Freeman;
independent of the Freight Target Move­In Schedule. All piano deliveries must be scheduled in
advance thru Bobby Hackett at 615­884­5726. Please refer to the Piano Delivery Guidelines in the
exhibitor manual regarding the delivery of Pianos.
All Exhibits must be set Wednesday, July 20th by 5:00 pm.

All carriers must check in by 9:00 am Sunday July 24th.
