THE MARSHALLING YARD IS AN UNFENCED AREA. ITS LOCATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.<br />
All Trucks must check into <strong>Marshalling</strong> <strong>Yard</strong> before going to Convention Center.<br />

From I40 East or I40 West take I65 South to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).<br />
Turn Left.<br />
Go 1.4 Miles and the <strong>Yard</strong> will be on the Left.<br />
From I24 East or I24 West take I65 South to Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).<br />
Turn Left.<br />
Go 1.4 Miles and the <strong>Yard</strong> will be on the Left.<br />
From I65 North take Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.)<br />
Turn Right.<br />
Go 1.4 Miles and the <strong>Yard</strong> will be on the Left.<br />
From I65 South take Exit 81 (Wedgewood Ave.).<br />
Turn Left.<br />
Go 1.4 Miles and the <strong>Yard</strong> will be on the right.<br />

FREIGHT TARGET MOVEIN<br />
SCHEDULE INFORMATION<br />
The Target MoveIn Schedule applies to Exhibit Freight sent directly to the Nashville Convention Center.<br />
Freight sent to the Freeman Warehouse for Advance Receiving will be delivered to show site on or before<br />
your scheduled target time.<br />
Please do not ship materials to the Nashville Convention Center prior to <strong>NAMM</strong> movein as the<br />
Convention Center is not equipped to handle shipments.<br />
The Freight Target MoveIn Schedule is for inbound freight only and indicates the time the<br />
carrier/truck is to check in at the <strong>Marshalling</strong> <strong>Yard</strong> to be placed in line for unloading. This<br />
Schedule does not indicate when the carrier/truck will be unloaded. Installation Labor requested<br />
for the same day as the target date should be scheduled at least 4 hours after the target time.<br />
Trucks unloaded and or loaded after 4:30 pm and before 8:00 am Monday thru Friday may incur<br />
overtime charges.<br />
To request a change to your target Date and Time, please complete a Target Date and Time<br />
Change request form, located in the Freight Tab of the Exhibitor Manual. Upon completion of the<br />
form, please fax it to Freeman as noted in the directions located on the form. A written response<br />
to your request will be provided for you. Please note: we will do our best to accommodate your<br />
requests.<br />
Exhibit Installation is not required on the day of your Scheduled Target Date.<br />
Exhibit Material, delivered off Target, without an approved Target Date and Time Change<br />
Request Form submitted, may incur an additional charge of $7.35 per CWT.<br />
Product, clearly labeled, may be delivered independently of the exhibit after the scheduled<br />
Target Date and Time without incurring Off Target Delivery charges. It is understood<br />
Exhibit Installation must be completed prior to product display.<br />
Piano Delivery<br />
Piano Delivery by Keyboard Carriage and Music Transport are coordinated directly with Freeman;<br />
independent of the Freight Target MoveIn Schedule. All piano deliveries must be scheduled in<br />
advance thru Bobby Hackett at 6158845726. Please refer to the Piano Delivery Guidelines in the<br />
exhibitor manual regarding the delivery of Pianos.<br />
All Exhibits must be set Wednesday, July 20th by 5:00 pm.<br />
