The Match Committee reserves the right to alter the handicap sections based
on the number of entrants contesting the Championships.
Should a player from a lower grade qualify for the Open Event following the
2nd qualifying round, that player will have the option of contesting the Open
Championship. This player must inform the Captain (or representative) on
the day of completing the 2nd qualifying round of their intention to play in
the Open Event.
All play will be under medal round conditions. Players commencing in A,
B, C or D divisions will remain in that Division, for the remainder of the
Championships.
Junior Championship
Best aggregate score over three qualifying rounds by players under 18
years of age at date of first round.
Veteran Championship
Best aggregate score over three qualifying rounds by a player aged 55 or
over at date of first round.

GMCU Fourball, Captain’s Trophy, RSL Trophy, Legacy Trophy, H.F.
Lightfoot Mixed Canadian Foursomes, Lawton Family Perpetual Trophy.
Special Events
*Denotes Monthly Medal
Medallist of the Year to be played in conjunction with Lawton Family
Perpetual Trophy. Twelve medal winners to play off, lowest nett score on
the day to be the winner. Trophy to be known as the LAWTON FAMILY
PERPETUAL TROPHY.
Shepparton Four Ball
Trophies provided by GMCU – Eligibility to compete in the Shepparton
Four Ball requires a male member whose home club is other than
Shepparton Golf Club, to have played a minimum of five competitive
singles rounds excluding handicap cards at the Shepparton Golf Club in
the twelve months prior to the entry closing date.
