Comment
Recorded from proposed logging coupe near
Wielangta Hill, but also recorded near Back Run
Hills suggesting that it is more widespread in
Wielangta. Conservation status possibly in need
of review for downgrading.
Localised to an area in the Central East Coast
with an outlying population of approx 200
plants on the eastern end of the Three Thumbs
Reserve.
Outlying occurrences at Cape Bernier Nature
Reserve and two populations on private land, at
Tea Tree Rivulet in the northwest of the study
area and at Kellevie.
Single record on hilltop on private land.
Single known population at Gatehouse Marsh
close to Tasman Highway.
Single record from native grassland on north
facing slope above Tasman Highway near
Gatehouse Marsh.
Recently discovered from the area (Kellevie).
This is the only one of two populations in
Tasmania that has been recorded in the past 20
years.
Only documented from rocky ridgeline in vicinity
of Wielangta Hill. Potentially likely to occur
elsewhere in similar habitat
Single record from The Three Thumbs.
Localised to the east coast of Tasmania, this is
the most southerly outlying record of the
species.
