Our Rules
for Aftercare
Homework for all learners 15:00-16:00h
Learners sign in/out with aftercare team, otherwise there will be a
verbal warning, then a written warning, then a meeting with the
parents, then suspension from Aftercare for one week.
I respect my fellow learners and my guardians.
I am considerate, helpful and honest.
The playground, up to the yellow line, and the two classrooms for the
Aftercare are part of my play area.
Rules for outside
1. I deposit my school bag in the shelves in the school building before I go to play outside.
2. Only after 14:30h am I allowed to play on the big jungle gym.
3. The trees I climb are treated with care.
4. One person slides down the slide at a time and with the feet first.
5. I only dig in the designated sandbox.
6. I play hand tennis or softball only on the playground.
7. If children are on the climbing wall I do not play football or hand tennis near them.
8. I am not allowed to:
throw stones or sand
tear leaves from the trees and plants
play with sharp items – scissors, sticks
use spray guns
have lollipops in my mouth while playing on the jungle gym and the slide
use skateboards, rollerblades, baseball bats or J-Boards

Rules for inside
1. I arrive punctually for lunch, am well-behaved during the meal and take my dishes away
again.
2. Homework is done first, then I am allowed to play.
3. I am quiet in the homework classroom and help keep others quiet.
4. I may run and throw outside, in the classrooms and in the school corridor I behave in a quiet
manner.
5. I treat toys respectfully and return them.
6. If it rains I stay in the Aftercare classrooms.
7. I wait for my parents to fetch me and do not wait at the schoolgate. I sign in/sign out, when I
attend aftercare.
8. I only use the items, which belong to Aftercare and do not meddle with the lockers of the other
children.
Consequences:
If I do not abide by the rules,
the guardians will give me a
special task!
