The diverse working methods, good
organisation, the good working conditions;
The opportunity for participants to present
their own projects, the opportunity
to establish contacts with other participants,
motivated participants, the good
atmosphere.
The following recommendations were suggested
for the future:
• Training programmes for multipliers to
enable the planning of future intergenerational
and intercultural exchanges;
• To elevate already existing intergenerational
projects to an intercultural and
international level.
