of contact between Jon B and Dunst, as they appear in
Miss Fell's observations and my own vocabulary tests.

- Miss Fell refers in a note (p. 33) to the phrase
"almenniligan veg urn dauoa dyrr", which occurs twice
in Guam, and to Nik, where we read: "erkibyskup gengr
fram pann sarna veg urn dauda dyrr, sem almenniligr er
hveriu holldi" (75 35 ) . There are, however, two close
parallels (in one case an even closer one) to the Dunst
expression in Jon B: brooir okkarr, Porkell prestr
