sachandrakam.)<br />
Male devotees should apply as their foreheads<br />
Urdhva Pundra Tilak Gopichandan and a<br />
chandlo in its centre using gopichand or kumkum<br />
on their forehead , followed by wearing Urdhva<br />
Pundra Tilak on the chest region as well as on<br />
right and left arms.<br />
While wearing the above Tilak the following<br />
Mantras should be uttered.<br />
1. Applying Tilak on the forehead<br />
(1) ú Ÿ¢è ±¢„éÎï±¢² Ý¢}¢: J (Om Shri Vasudevãy namh.)<br />
2. Applying Tilak on the chest<br />
(2) ú Ÿ¢è „V¯ü‡¢¢² Ý}¢: J (Om Sri sankarshañãy namh.)<br />
3. Applying Tilak on the right arm<br />
(3) ú Ÿ¢èÐílé}Ý¢² Ý}¢é: J (Om Sri pdhyumnãy namh.)<br />
4. Applying Tilak on the left armé<br />
(4) ú Ÿ¢è ¥çÝLh¢² Ý}¢:- (Om Sri Aniruddhãya namh.)<br />
