WARRANTY INFORMATION
-All GET products are designed and manufactured for wear during use and are an expendable part of most digging
or loading operation.
-Here at QCC we stand behind our products. If you feel that any of your GET parts are defective, we would be happy
to inspect the product to determine the origin of the failure and provide you with a fair solution.
-Any products that have been misused, abused, or have been broken due to operator, equipment, adapter nose
wear, improper welding and/or mis-installation are not covered under Warranty.
-Any products that have been welded, hard-surfaced, or altered in any way are void from any Warranty.
-QCC does not cover any charges for labour, freight, downtime, contingent or consequential damages due to product
failure.
-All returns must be pre-authorized by a sales representative at QCC and assigned a Return Goods Authorization
number (RGA).
- All returns must be shipped to us Prepaid.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Special orders & custom parts are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All returns must be within 1 year from purchase date.
