Arriving in the US
Let Us Know You’re Coming
We want your arrival in Colorado, and your
transition to INTO CSU and the CSU campus
to be as comfortable as possible. We can
arrange for transportation to meet you at
Denver International Airport and take you
directly to your accommodation. Please arrive
on the Saturday or Sunday before your start
date when there will be INTO CSU staff at
the airport to assist you.
When booking your flights to Denver
International Airport, please remember: you
should arrive at least one day before your
program start date (refer to brochure or I-20
for start date) and arrive at the INTO CSU
Center in Fort Collins by 8.00 am on your
program start date.
To book an airport transfer, send your arrival
details to intoarrivals@colostate.edu at least
seven days before you arrive. More details
about airport transfer are on page 13. Even if
you do not require a transfer, you must send
us your arrival details so we can make sure
everything is ready for your arrival at the
INTO CSU Center.
Customs & Immigration
Form I-94
You will receive Form I-94 (below) to complete
during your flight. You must complete this
form and present it to the immigration official
when you enter the US. The immigration
your passport. DO NOT LOSE THIS FORM. We
will make copies of it at the INTO CSU Center
and you will need it to leave the country.
