WARRANTY
Raymor offers the following warranty:
Domestic – 3 months on o-ring and jumper valves
12 months on manufactured
components
5 years on ceramic disc
Commercial – 3 months on o-ring and jumper valves
3 months on manufactured
components
6 months on ceramic disc
Raymor will, within the above warranty periods
from invoice date and subject to proof of any faulty
workmanship or material, at its option repair or
replace the faulty product to Raymor’s satisfaction.
This guarantee will not apply if any product fault
is caused by improper use, improper installation
or if any of the following are not observed;
1. Applicable Health Act.
2. Any regulation or other standards which
governs the water supply and sewerage
plumbing requirements for installation
in a particular area or location.
This guarantee is limited to the replacement of
defective parts only. Labour charges and/or damage
incurred in installation, repair or consequential
damage, or otherwise suffered or incurred by
any such person are excluded from guarantee.
