Two Approaches – Able to lock in Femoral & Recon Mode. 

Several Indications per Nail – Able to address the following 

indications: Shaft fractures between the proximal and distal 

third, Transverse/comminuted/spiral/ oblique/segmental, 

Nonunions/Malunions, Prophylactic nailings of impending 

pathological fractures, Intertrochanteric, Subtrochanteric, 

Ipsilateral neck/shaft fractures. 

TAN, Greater Troch Entry – Easier to locate entry portal, TAN 

nail may better address obese patients, polytramatic patients, 

and adolescent patients. Great alternative to other Trochanteric 

nails on the market, smaller proximal portion. No other company 

offers a TAN-like implant. Great nail for addressing obese 

patients. 

Round Geometry – Less Bony In-growth, easier to remove.

Reducer – (7.6mm OD 5.2mm ID) Tip works like a “Finger” to 

reduce Fx Fragments, guide rod is inserted after reduction. 

No need to exchange the guide wire, and reducer tip is curved 

for precision placement of the ball-tipped guide rod. 

Ruler – Slips over the guide rod to offer a more convenient 

method of measuring. Allows the measurement of screw lengths 

with the use of imaging and used with the same 

ball-tipped guide rod.

Humeral 

• Four multiplanar proximal locks improve fracture stability 

• Proximal locking holes (3) have innovative threaded design. 

Screws thread into the nail to help prevent screw backout. 

• Humeral nail instrumentation was designed using the 

TRIGEN philosophy of instrumentation, that is minimally 

invasive while reducing surgery time and helping to 

protect soft tissue. 

Hindfoot Fusion Nail 

• Simplified instrumentation and anatomically designed 

implants included as part of the TRIGEN line 

• Diverging screw angles allow the surgeon to target specific 

bones and joints
