33.8.3 +iWPWD — Password for Application Website Authentication<br />

Syntax: <strong>AT+i</strong>WPWD=Pass Permanently sets the application website‘s remote<br />

parameter update Password.<br />

Parameters: Pass = Password to be used for authentication,<br />

when accepting application Web site parameter<br />

updates from a remote Web browser.<br />

Command Options:<br />

Pass ='' Empty: Remote application Web site<br />

parameter updates over the Web are<br />

effectively disabled.<br />

Pass = password will be used to restrict<br />

application Web site parameter updates<br />

via a remote Web browser.<br />

Pass =‖*‖ A password will not be required to<br />

authenticate application Web site<br />

parameter updates via the Web,<br />

effectively unrestricting remote<br />

parameter updates.<br />

Default: Empty. No Password defined. Application Web<br />

site parameter updates via a remote browser are<br />

fully restricted.<br />

Result code:<br />

I/OK If pass is an empty or legal Password.<br />

I/ERROR Otherwise<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>WPWD~pass Temporarily set the application Web site parameter<br />

Update Password to pass. The permanent Password<br />

will be restored after completing the next session,<br />

whether the session was successful or not.<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>WPWD? Report the current Password. If a Password does<br />

not exist, only will be returned.<br />

The reply is followed by I/OK.<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>WPWD=? Returns the message ‗String‘.<br />

The reply is followed by I/OK.
