33.4 ISP Connection Parameters<br />

33.4.1 +iISPn — Set ISP Phone Number<br />

Syntax: <strong>AT+i</strong>ISPn=dial-s<br />

Parameters: n=1..2<br />

Command Options:<br />

Sets the ISP‘s access phone numbers.<br />

Nonvolatile Parameter Database<br />

Use n=1 to set the ISP‘s primary access phone number.<br />

Use n=2 to set the ISP‘s alternate number. The alternate<br />

number is dialed after exhausting all redial attempts of the<br />

primary number.<br />

dial-s= Telephone number string, composed of digits, ‗,‘, ‗-‘, ‗W‘,<br />

‗w‘, ‗*‘, ‗#‘, ‗!‘ or ‗ ‘. See description of the standard ATD<br />

command.<br />

Note: If a character that is defined as a delimiter is used<br />

within the dial string, the string must be entered between<br />

apostrophes.<br />

dial-s=‗ ‘ Empty access number<br />

dial-s= number will be set as ISP access number<br />

Default: Empty. No permanent ISP access number defined.<br />

Result Code:<br />

I/OK If dial-s is a legal phone number string.<br />

I/ERROR Otherwise<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>ISPn~dial-s Temporarily sets the ISP‘s primary/alternate access number.<br />

The permanent value will be restored after completing the<br />

session, whether the session was successful or not.<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>ISPn? Reports the current value of the ISP's primary/alternate<br />

access numbers. If the number does not exist, only <br />

is returned. The reply is followed by I/OK.<br />

<strong>AT+i</strong>ISPn=? Returns the message ―Phone #‖ followed by I/OK.
