ensuing year, with the following result:

On motion the Association adjourned.

The Finance Committee to whom was referred the Treasurers'
report, submitted the following report to the Board of Directors
after the adjournment of the Association, which report, on motion
was adopted:

We, the undersigned committee appointed to examine the accounts of J. M.
Bacon, Treasurer of 1879, have examined them and find the same coect.
