1 MCF - Base inspection
A wide range of visual defects is detected: stones / inclusions /
birdswings roots in base / stuck glass / blisters / tears
Integrating a whole range of key modern technologies and new algorithms
• Detection of defects around the dots
• Engraving location
• Detection of defects in the stippling
• Defect classification tool
• Detection of light bottoms and chocked necks
• Automatic base index recognition
• Automatic mould seam recognition
• Management of engraved or odd-shaped glass articles
2 STRESS - Base inspection
The MULTI 4 detects stressed defects in the base such as:
inclusions / batch stones / unfused glass / silicium particles /
bad annealing…
3 CSBC LO - Finish inspection
The CSBC LO station inspects the finish surface:
• Cylindrical or odd-shaped containers
• Without contact and without rotation
• For crown cap, threaded finish and also twist-off
CSBC LO: up to 100 mm finish diameter, with one wide light source and new
algorithms covering all productions: from narrow neck to wide mouth.
CSBC LO Line over finish detected
CRB, dedicated option for overpressed.
CSBC LO and CRB association enables the highest
possible performances in finish inspection.
4 Camera all code reading
The MULTI 4 can comply with all types of situations
requiring the reading of a mould number:
• Dot (LNMP) or alphanumeric code (LNMC)
• LNMP: reflection or transmission reading
• round or non-round container
