negative and anaerobic coverage.<br />

– Cefoxitin or cefotetan alone<br />

– Clindamycin with aminoglycoside<br />

– Metronidazole with cefazolin<br />

– Broad spectrum agents are frequently utilized for<br />

prophylaxis as monotherapy<br />
