We accept most returned items for credit or replacement.
Custom, specially ordered, or modified items are not
returnable. Restocking fees may be accessed. Please call

for return authorization within 10 days of receipt.
Credit will not be issued for shipping charges. To return an
item, please send the following directly to the address

• Company/practice name & account number
• The unused instrument, in original
condition and in its original packaging
• Invoice number and date
• Product number and quantity returned
• A note explaining the reason for return
• Phone number and contact name
