No. 40 Disc Harrow for Pony Tractor
The No. 40 is a 10-blade, 5-foot cut disc with heavy
angle overhead frame. Gangs are mounted on heavy-duty
bearings. Small, compact, ideal for working close to fences
or in corners on small acreage. Hand lift with special
helper springs for easy lifting. Center tooth attachment
available.
No. 20 Wide Disc Harrow
Here's big capacity PLUS the advantage of quickly reduced width for clearing
gates and easy storage. End gangs fold back . . . takes but a minute.
Gangs are independently mounted for greater flexibility . . . uniform work.
Blades are spaced 7 inches apart. Bearings are adjustable. Four sizes 22, 28,
34 and 38 blades-16 or 18-inch sizes. Center tooth attachment available.

Bearings in the Massey-Harris Harrows are adjustable
to 8 positions, assuring uniform distribution of
wear. They're reversible and interchangeable, fullchilled
to offset end thrust. Two chilled rings take the
end thrust while the surfaces take the rolling friction
and the pull from the drawbar. Felt seals protect the
bearings from dust and grit.
Controls are easily reached for quick, convenient
operation. Straightening or angling gangs takes but a
second. Simple hitches are easy to attach to your tractor
drawbar.
