The Holt’s Tasting Committee has been mulling over the<br />
idea of featuring Acid for quite some time. We were on<br />
the fence, but requests kept pouring in and the brand’s<br />
sales kept increasing. As a result, Acid is finally here!<br />
Now regardless of whether or not you like Acid cigars, one<br />
thing is undeniable: they are original! Jonathan Drew,<br />
Founder and President of Drew Estate, may be the most<br />
creative person in the cigar business. What makes Acid<br />
cigars so different is the way in which the tobacco is<br />
treated. Rather than curing tobacco in the traditional<br />
curing barns, Drew likes to cure his tobacco in what he<br />
calls “Aroma Rooms.” These are special rooms in the<br />
factory that are filled with various herbs and oils that over<br />
time impregnate the leaves with aroma. All Acid cigars<br />
are made using 100% long filler tobacco with some<br />
essential all-natural herbs and spices. These vitolas are<br />
truly one of a kind!<br />

Atom Maduro is a Robusto made using a wrapper leaf from Nicaragua. This is<br />
the least aromatic of all Acid cigars.<br />
Blondie is a Petit Corona with a Connecticut wrapper. It starts slow and<br />
finishes big with flavors of honey and cream.<br />
Cold Infusion Tea is a Lonsdale shape with a Connecticut wrapper. Highlighted by<br />
notes of peach cobbler and pine needles, this cigar is ideal for newcomers to Acid.<br />
Extra Ordinary Larry is a monstrous vitola with a Maduro wrapper. Flavor wise<br />
Larry is sweet, smooth and a bit spicy.<br />
