highermassyieldtoconcentratewhencomparedwiththeSBmachines. Applicationsinclude<br />
recoveryandupgradeoftin,tantalum,tungsten,chrome,cobalt,iron,fineoxidizedcoaland<br />
manyotherminerals. OftentheFalconCconcentratorisusedtorecovervaluableparticlesthat<br />
aretoofinetoberecoveredbydensemediaseparation,spirals,oranyotherlowGprocess.<br />
Designedforcontinuousduty,thesemachinesareabletoproducemassyieldsashighas<br />
40%.TheprimaryobjectiveoftheFalcon‘C’sistomaximizerecoveryandreducetonnageto<br />
downstream processes.<br />
Thetechnologyisidealforscavengingorpre-concentratingapplicationsaswell,sincenowater<br />
is added during processing. Concentrates are deslimed and partially dewatered, (typically, 70%<br />
