In the interest of safe towing, Draw-Tite offers this Installer Liability Indemnification Program. We’re committed
to designing and building the industry’s highest quality trailer hitches and towing accessories. And we back our
equipment with an extraordinary level of support for our customers.
Once enrolled in the Installer Liability Indemnification Program, when you sell and properly install Draw-Tite
products and tell your customers important things they need to know about safe towing, you are indemnified on
any claim over $2,000 arising from your installation of Draw-Tite branded products.*
INDEPENDENT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE DRAW-TITE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
REMAINS IN EFFECT WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT CLAIMS.
This program ensures that your customers get the best towing products available. It also requires they be
informed of important things they can do to tow safely. And it makes you more profitable, it’s an incentive for
installing those products properly, professionally and according to the instructions.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Draw-Tite Liability Indemnification Program, you must be a qualified Draw-Tite Installer. If you
install other manufacturers’ products, you need to retain liability insurance to cover non Draw-Tite products.
PROGRAM COST
There is no charge to the participating Dealer.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. Install Draw-Tite products properly, according to the instructions included.
2. Before installation is begun, present the towing safety form to the customer and have them read and
sign it.
3. (A) Give the copy of the signed towing safety form to the customer.
(B) Retain the original signed towing safety form for your records.
