& Dine Plan is conditioned on your representation that you are<br />
21 or older and any purported sale to a person under age 21 is<br />
deemed void and payment will be refunded.<br />
Bottles of wine offered with the <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan may<br />
not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold<br />
separately, transferred or refunded. Theme Park admission is<br />
required for some dining locations. Operating hours, menus,<br />
entertainment, Characters, <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan locations,<br />
designated wine lists, components and terms are subject to<br />
change without notice.<br />
<strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan is based on the length of your<br />
package stay at your <strong>Disney</strong> Resort hotel. The owners of the<br />
<strong>Walt</strong> <strong>Disney</strong> <strong>World</strong> ® Resort shall not be responsible for the<br />
non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing,<br />
capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstances beyond<br />

gathered a broad collection from around the world to please the<br />
palate and pair well with your dining experience.<br />
Number of Wine Entitlements During Your Package Stay<br />
The <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan provides one (1) wine entitlement<br />
per room per night of your package stay. For example, if<br />
you purchase a five (5) night package, your initial balance is<br />
five (5) wine entitlements. You must purchase the Plan for each<br />
night of your package stay. One (1) or two (2) wine entitlements<br />
(as indicated on the designated wine list) will be redeemed<br />
from your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan for each bottle of wine<br />
ordered from designated wine lists (subject to change) at select<br />
locations at the <strong>Walt</strong> <strong>Disney</strong> <strong>World</strong> ® Resort. Two (2) wine<br />
entitlements will be redeemed for all wines ordered from Private<br />
In-room Dining. Wines are subject to availability.<br />
Redeeming Your Wine Entitlements<br />
Enjoy your bottles of wine throughout your package stay until<br />
your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan balance is depleted.<br />
Present your Key to the <strong>World</strong> card to the server or cashier prior<br />
to ordering and tell the server or cashier to charge the bottle<br />
of wine to your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan. You may not redeem<br />
bottles of wine for Guests who are not on your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine &<br />
Dine Plan.<br />
Gratuities not included. An automatic 18% gratuity charge<br />
will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more and for<br />
Private In-room Dining.<br />
Tracking Your Wine Entitlements<br />
Usage will be electronically tracked. Each time you redeem<br />
a wine entitlement from your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan, the server<br />
or cashier will provide you with a receipt showing your<br />
remaining balance. Contact your hotel concierge at any time<br />
for your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan balance. Your <strong>Disney</strong> Wine<br />
& Dine Plan expires at midnight on your package reservation<br />
checkout date and any unredeemed wine entitlements will<br />
be forfeited.<br />
The <strong>Disney</strong> Wine & Dine Plan is a convenient way to enjoy wine<br />
