Procedure:<br />
PHASE A<br />
1. In the mixer heat the purified water to 80°C.<br />
2. Add under agitation the mix prepared in advance with:<br />
- GLYCERINE<br />
- RHODICARE S<br />
3. Shake up to obtain an homogeneous mix<br />
PHASE B<br />
4. In the heater mix the following ingredients and heat to 75°C:<br />
- PHYTOCREAM 2000<br />
- NAT GASCONY PLUM BUTTER<br />
- LANETTE O OR<br />
- LANETTE 16<br />
- CETIOL CC<br />
- NAT GASCONY PLUM OIL<br />
- SUNFLOWER WAX<br />
- DUB MUG<br />
- P-80, 000G-OS<br />
BODY BUTTER<br />
5. When the 2 phases – A & B – have reached the required temperature, introduce very slowly<br />
the mix from the heater into the mixer.<br />
6. Mix 10 minutes until homogeneous and let it cool.<br />
7. At 50°C add : GEOGARD 221<br />
8. Mix 5 minutes until homogeneous.<br />
9. Mix during 5 minutes and adjust the pH to 5,6 with the help of a 10% sodium hydroxyde<br />
solution or a 50% citric acid solution.<br />
10. Pour into containers at 30/35°C.<br />
