We hereby certify the strict methods of microbiological control of the products NAT GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 20, NAT
GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 40 and NAT GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 65 as described below:
• Each batch is controlled at every stage of production
• A sample is taken from each batch after manufacturing and placed in intermediary packaging in order to quantify
the initial contamination that would affect the sterilization parameters. (Couple Time, Temperature)
• At this stage the product is kept in cold storage at 4 ° C.
• The product is then packaged under vacuum, and each batch is autoclaved in its final thermo-sealed packaging
• After autoclaving, the lots are controlled by a second analysis to verify the complete sterilization of the product.
• The standards for microbiological control are:
o TVC (aerobic 30 ° C) NF V 08-100/ NF ISO 4833
o Salmonella AFNOR TEC-24/2-04/03
o Yeast NF V 08-059 (2002)
o Mold NF V 08-059 (2002)
o Escherichia coli NF V 08-053 (2002)
• No challenge test is performed since the manufacturing process includes sterilization by autoclaving
the product in its final packaging
