We hereby certify the strict methods of microbiological control of the products NAT GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 20, NAT<br />

GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 40 and NAT GASCONY PLUM SCRUB 65 as described below:<br />

• Each batch is controlled at every stage of production<br />

• A sample is taken from each batch after manufacturing and placed in intermediary packaging in order to quantify<br />

the initial contamination that would affect the sterilization parameters. (Couple Time, Temperature)<br />

• At this stage the product is kept in cold storage at 4 ° C.<br />

• The product is then packaged under vacuum, and each batch is autoclaved in its final thermo-sealed packaging<br />

• After autoclaving, the lots are controlled by a second analysis to verify the complete sterilization of the product.<br />

• The standards for microbiological control are:<br />

o TVC (aerobic 30 ° C) NF V 08-100/ NF ISO 4833<br />

o Salmonella AFNOR TEC-24/2-04/03<br />

o Yeast NF V 08-059 (2002)<br />

o Mold NF V 08-059 (2002)<br />

o Escherichia coli NF V 08-053 (2002)<br />

• No challenge test is performed since the manufacturing process includes sterilization by autoclaving<br />

the product in its final packaging<br />
