Description: Anti-ACTIVE ® Caspase-3 pAb is intended for use as a marker<br />

of apoptosis; it specifically stains apoptotic cells without staining nonapoptotic<br />

(100μl/assay) at a 1:250 dilution.<br />

Features:<br />

• Immunogen: Peptide derived from the p17 fragment of caspase-3 and<br />

having sequence homology in human, mouse, rat and hamster.<br />

• Antibody Form: Affinity-purified rabbit IgG; supplied in Dulbecco’s PBS.<br />

• Specificity: Specifically recognizes the cleaved active form of caspase-3<br />
