Description: The Maxwell ® 16 Genomic DNA Purification Kits are designed
for use with the Maxwell ® 16 Instrument. DNA purification kits are provided
with corresponding optimized automated methods. You get consistent yield and
purity from easy-to-use automation.
For genomic DNA purification, the Maxwell ® 16 System is the only system that
makes purification from tissue as easy as purification from blood or cells. The
action of the plunger grinds solid tissue samples directly in the lysis buffer in
the prefilled reagent cartridges. Integrated grinding replaces time- and laborintensive
use of lytic enzymes such as proteinase K or manual tissue grinding
prior to purification.
Kits for optimized DNA purification from eukaryotic tissue, blood, cells, mouse
tail and FFPE tissue sections are available. Protocols for a variety of new
samples are being developed. The Maxwell ® 16 DNA Purification Kits are
