NEW GROUP STRATEGY At the end of 2009, Pressalit the company has also developed a new overall Group’s Executive Committee mission and vision for the group together with put forward a new group strat- eight specific focus areas of key importance for egy, which together with new the entire group. Concurrent with the work of strategy formulation, As part of Pressalit Group’s ongoing policy of social responsibility, the company developed a set of ethical guidelines in 2009 – a so-called “Code of Conduct” – which all employees must be familiar with and act upon. On 9 November the company’s Senior Management Team signed the new guidelines, which focus on five areas: Diversity, Human Rights, Compliance with Law, Anti-Corruption and Environmental Care. Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards to be observed both by Pressalit and our business partners and which ensure that the company in all respects behaves in an ethically defensible way with respect for people, the law and the environment. INNOVATORS For several years Pressalit Group has maintained an Innovation Board comprising seven top executives from the company’s two business are as and staff functions. The board has now been renamed the Senior Management Team, but its mission remains unchanged: The team is tasked with supporting the Executive Committee in generating ideas that further develop the company, implementing approved cross-organisational projects and acting as role models for the desired group culture. In recent years the Senior Management Team has focused on anchoring the EFQM’s Business Excellence model as a joint management platform for the company.
