Using the Address Book
The Address Bar toolbar lets you perform a variety of tasks. The
following table displays the toolbar icons and defines their corresponding
tasks.

New Address Press this button to create address
entries.
Edit Address Select an entry in the Address Book,
then press this button to edit your
selection’s data.

Select an entry in the Address Book,
then press this button to delete the
address.
Press this button to delete all addresses
in the Address Book.
Undo Press this button to Undo your last
keystroke.
Redo Press this button to Redo your last
keystroke.
Sort by
Medium
Press this button to sort entries by
medium.
Autodiscovery Press this button to automatically
discover address entries.
Export Press this button to export the Address
Book data in .csv format.
Export AP Press this button to export the Address
Book data in AP format.
