to all citizens equally.<br />
Fourteen, the new Constitution should ensure that all society will be guided by the rule <strong>of</strong> law and will apply equally to<br />

Sixteen, the new Constitution should be translated into local languages to enhance people’s rights.<br />
Seventeen, the new Constitution should ensure that Kenya remains a multiparty state with maximum <strong>of</strong> five or four state funded<br />
parties.<br />
