Example 1<br />

It is required to calculate the pressure drop Ap of a LDPE melt at 200 0 C flowing through<br />

a round channel, 100 mm long and 25 mm diameter, at a mass flow rate of m = 10 g/s .<br />

The constants of viscosity in the Equation 1.36 for the given LDPE are<br />
