Since Sept 1 st ,2007 with Chinese government
declared a new regulation “ Job site mortar mixing is
forbidden in some parts of the cities in order to
promote the mortar mechanization process in China.
San Ya is a very beautiful tourism city,
according to the new regulation, it can be
implemented on July 1 st , 2009 but at the beginning of
the construction started, the construct company
“ Shanghai Kun Liang Decoration Engineering
Co., Ltd ” first to use mortar mechanization spraying
with the worm pump S5EV/TM made by Putzmeister
on the jobsite of “Half Mountain and Half Island” .
It not only improves construction progress but also
improves the quality of the construction. On the other
hand, it also can reduce the dust on the jobsite to
beautify the environment after using mortar
machines.
Thus it can be seen it is very necessary to
develop mortar mechanization using. The “ Half
Mountain and Half Island” engineering is divided
into three period, the first period engineering has
50,000 square meters and it is completed now. The
second period has 100,000 square meters are under
construction now. The third period has 200,000
square meters and it will start to work at the
beginning of the 2009 project consists of three.
This time we visited the second period
engineering there, it has 94 villas and 6 high
buildings, they all used dry mixed mortar and mortar
machines.

The process of dry mortar mechanization :
Operator: 1
In charge of added water and dry mortar; operate the
mortar machine.
Spraying worker: 1
Operate the spray gun to spray on the wall.
Smoothing worker: 3
Because of the mortar mechanization working is very
fast so need three workers to smooth the wall before
the mortar become dry.
The efficiency of the dry mortar mechanization :
The whole team need 5 workers.
Working hours: 8 hours each day
Spraying thickness: 1cm
Working efficiency: 500 square meters each day, that
means one worker can spray 100 square meters each
day. Compared with the hand working it only can
spray 25 square meters each day, and it also can
reduce the cost.
