Three-circuit flasher units
Range of application:
Commercial vehicles (heavy class), buses
All flasher lamps on one side of the vehicle including trailer or semi-trailer are switched and controlled via three internal power and control circuits in the flasher unit.
One control circuit for the front flasher lamps on the towing vehicle, the second for the rear flasher lamps on the towing vehicle.
The third control circuit is for the flasher lamps on the trailer or the semi-trailer.
Faults from the first and second control circuit are displayedby the indicator lamp for the towing vehicle.
Faults from the third control circuit are displayed by the indicator lamp for the trailer.
The negative influence on the control characteristics caused by long leads is significantly reduced with the three-circuit system.

In the event of bulb failure on the towing
vehicle or the trailer the indicator lamp goes out.
