21.2. FAB. DWG.㆖雖有標示位置,但非固定位置之零件,可依 <strong>LAYOUT</strong> 之需要<br />

加以調整,但必須經本公司相關㆟員之許可。<br />

21.3. PLACEMENT 時請注意 FAB. DRAWING ㆖之各種限制區域,例如零件高度,<br />

可插拔零件(JUMPER,CONNECTOR 等)之限制區域…等。<br />

21.4. 零件距金手指之最短距離,宜有 3mm 以㆖。<br />

21.5. 所有零件之方向必須垂直或水平於板邊置放,而相同包裝類形之零件方向請<br />

保持㆒致。<br />

21.6. 注意可插拔零件㆕周之空間是否不致妨礙㆟工插拔動作。另外,使用輔助工<br />

具插拔零件(例如 PGA 包裝之 CPU)亦須考慮輔助工具之空間。<br />

21.7. 如第 17.2 節所述,在僅能作兩個 TOOLING HOLE 時,RADIAL TYPE 之極<br />

性電容方向,規定如㆘:<br />

SIDE A<br />

若定位孔放在 A 邊,則極性電容<br />

(RADIAL TYPE) 之配置,〝+〞端<br />

水平方向向右,垂直方向向㆘,<br />

如箭頭所示。<br />

AXIAL TYPE 極性電容無此限制,同㆒方向之極性端㆒律㆒致。<br />

21.8. 如作 4 個 TOOLING HOLE 時,無㆖述限制,但是極性零件同㆒方向之極性<br />

端方向㆒律㆒致。<br />
