Canceling Printing/
Checking Job Status
To cancel printing, delete the print instruction on the computer first. If the print instruction
cannot be deleted from the computer, delete it from this machine.
You can check the status of print jobs from the computer.
This section describes the different processes.
3.6.1 Canceling Printing From Computer
This section explains how to canceling print instructions from the computer.
Canceling from Windows
Procedure
The procedure to cancel print instruction from Windows is as follows:
1 From the Start menu, select Settings and then click Printers.
2 Open the icon of the printer model.
3 In the windows displayed, click any document name and then press
Delete on the keyboard.
Canceling from CentreWare Internet Services
You can use CentreWare Internet Services to cancel printing from the computer.
For details on CentreWare Internet Services, see “Chapter 5 Configuring From
Computer (CentreWare Internet Services)” (P. 105).
