To that end, hartman/Baldwin will be part of a daylong earth Day observance at Claremont City hall and Village West. The April 26 event will feature speakers and presentations on the environment, alternative transportation ideas and suggestions to reduce home energy use. “We need to concentrate on energy efficiency and the remodeling of the existing housing stock in the country,” hartman said.
