Vision Statement<br />
E aloha kakou. I hope you will consider me with your vote for Governor-Elect in the<br />
coming election! As many <strong>of</strong> you know, I have served the Chapter as Program Chair for<br />
the past five annual scientific sessions <strong>of</strong> the Hawai‘i Chapter <strong>of</strong> the ACP. I have also<br />
served on the Council <strong>of</strong> the ACP, and represented both Gov. Al Furuike and Past<br />
Governor Pat Blanchette at national meetings <strong>of</strong> the <strong>American</strong> <strong>College</strong> <strong>of</strong> Physicians. I<br />
am active on staff <strong>of</strong> five hospitals in Honolulu, active in the Hawai‘i Medical<br />
Association and on the Board <strong>of</strong> Governors <strong>of</strong> the Honolulu County Medical Society. I<br />
am a member <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors <strong>of</strong> the Accreditation Council for Continuing<br />
Medical Education, the body which accredits all CME in the U.S., and also serve as<br />
Editor <strong>of</strong> the Hawai’i Medical Journal.
