prove <strong>the</strong> irruptions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Cimbri or German<br />

Celt.5, in opp<strong>of</strong>ition to <strong>the</strong> Gael or Native Celtse.<br />

<strong>The</strong> latter is produced to prove <strong>the</strong> irru: tions<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Gael or Native Celtse, in contradiftinftion<br />

to <strong>the</strong> Cimbri or Germc;n Celtic. And yet <strong>the</strong><br />

two paflages, that are thus applied to two dif-<br />

ferent nations, are actually parts <strong>of</strong> one and <strong>the</strong><br />

fame account, and are dlre6lly fpoken <strong>of</strong> one<br />

and <strong>the</strong> fame people. <strong>The</strong> whole paifage runs<br />
