I have cited this paffage immediately after <strong>the</strong><br />

former, that <strong>Mr</strong>. Macpherfon's argument may en-<br />

joy <strong>the</strong> full force <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> authorities produced in its<br />

favour. And in both <strong>the</strong>fe extracts, by <strong>the</strong> fame<br />

over-ruling influence, <strong>the</strong> Germans are regularly<br />
