To cancel your appointment callback request:

At the programmed time, your telephone rings:
press the On-hook key to accept the appointment (Hang up : ).
If you do not validate the answer to the first call-back, a second callback
will be made. After a second call-back with no answer, the callback
request will be cancelled. If your line is forwarded to another
set, the appointment reminder will not follow the forwarding
