Etihad and Abu Dhabi
The future prospects for Abu Dhabi and its airline are
indivisible.
Etihad is a key driver of the Emirate’s ambitious plan
for the year 2030 and beyond – for Abu Dhabi to be
financial services, tourism, metals and
petrochemicals, and transport and logistics;
• an attractive place to do business; and
• an influential state in foreign relations and
environmental sustainability.
This cultural, economic and political evolution carries on the
vision of the UAE’s founding President, the late Sheikh Zayed
bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
