e long-time involvement of Longines in equestrian
sports is not limited to racing events, but extends also to
show jumping. As early as 1926, the company was the
timekeeper at the International Horse Show in Geneva.
Today, around the globe, only few riding tournaments
can be found without the presence of the watch brand.
Longines is the ocial timekeeper at CSIO events (Concours
de Saut International Ociel, or ocial international
show jumping) in many dierent countries and is
named as the title sponsor at several events.
e most important tournaments for Longines include
the Dubai Show Jumping Championship, the Emirates
Longines Show Jumping League, the President’s Cup
presented by Longines, the Longines Equestrian Beijing
Masters, most of the events of the Nations Cup, and several
events along the Global Champions Tour. e company is
also the title sponsor of the Longines Hong Kong Masters
– the only ve-star riding event anywhere in Asia.

Longines of course appears at these competitions in
its technical role, but is also represented by an ocial
ambassador. e Swiss professional show jumper Jane
Richard is one of the many Ambassadors of Elegance
that personally link the name of Longines with sports,
art and lm.
At the CSIO events, the company also awards the
Longines Press Award for Elegance to athletes to honor
extraordinary aesthetic execution of their sport.
